Instructions
Each person interested in joining the guild should submit an application. Before submitting an application, please be aware of and agree with our guild standards and values, which are listed below. For a more in-depth look, check out our beliefs tab. The link to the application can be found at the bottom of this page. Also, be aware that this is a Christian guild, and we are currently only accepting applications from those of like beliefs, as our guild is to be a sanctuary for believers in Jesus. This policy is nothing against anyone and we love all people, creeds and the like, but our purpose is to nurture, encourage, and shelter only Christians at this time.
Guild Standards
We are a Christian guild, in the sense that, we all share the common belief in humanity's need for a Savior and that Jesus was, is, and always will be that Savior. We live out our Christian values in our guild by the following actions:
1.) Our language is respectful and we use God honoring language in chat.
2.) When we disagree or have conflict with each other we follow Jesus' teachings about how to resolve such things:
a. You go directly to that person in the spirit of humility and reconciliation.
b. If you can't resolve things with that person 1st, then you bring one more person with you.
c. Finally, if resolution can't be reached the Officers will have a conversation about how to proceed. (Hopefully it won't get this far.)
3.) In game we are focused on helping each other with game content whether that be a quest or resources or even progressing in raids and mythics.
4.) We value working together as a team and focus on the group rather that competing (except in fun).
5.) We encourage members to invite battle tag friends to join us for game content but must ask that you inform them ahead of time of our culture is that of clean language and respect for personhood (i.e. No crass talk about women, or unloving conversations about people not like you/us)
6.) In order to maintain the health of our Christian community, behaviors that breach our standards of mutual trust and fellowship, like recruiting members away or dividing our unity, may necessitate implementing a probation period to refocus on our mission or even removal from the guild. Though dismissal may be required, our hope is always for restoration.

Guild Values
We as a guild, we hold to the Nicene Creed (see below).
We believe in one God,
the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one Being with the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit
he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary,
and was made man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
in accordance with the Scriptures;
he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified.
He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come. Amen.

How long does an application take?
It typically takes a week for all of the officers to review your application and for a decision to be made. Sometimes it takes longer depending on the availability of our officers. Rarely, if ever, does the wait have anything to do with you or your application. We like to give all officers an opportunity to weigh in. Often times, it can proceed more quickly than that. When your application is approved, one of the officers will have a brief chat with you to make certain you are a good fit, and also to welcome you and give you whatever help we can.
Why the application?
All well organized guilds (Christian and not), have an application process. With over 11 years of experience, we’ve found that the application process stops 99.9% of all griefers, spammers, and trolls. People who just want to cause trouble don’t want to go through the trouble of filling out even a short application. Those that do, often get caught in the moderation process by our officers.
Our number one concern is the safety of our members.
Our number one concern is the safety of our members.
This is a video game, not a job!
It’s for this reason we have an application process. All of our officers are spending their free time to voluntarily lead our group. All of our members are entering into friendships, real relationships, with the people who come into our group.
We have a responsibility to lookout for our members and make sure those who wish to join our group have the right intentions.

It’s Worth It
Of those who have gone through the application process, very few, have regretted it. Most people who originally opposed it, after seeing the stability and security it has given us, have changed their mind in favor of the application. It’s well worth the hassle to protect our community.
